I understand that smoking and the use of tobacco or alcohol during league sponsored practices, games, or while volunteering is prohibited.

I will never use profanity or language that is in bad taste.  I will not allow my players or parents to use profanity or language that is in bad taste.

I will ensure that I am knowledgeable in the rules of lacrosse and will teach these rules to my players.

I will remember that I am a youth coach, and that the game is for the players – not for the adults.

I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my players ahead of any person desire to win.

I will respect all facilities, fields and equipment.

I will complete all required concussion awareness training/documentation and be on the lookout for signs and symptoms while children are under my supervision.
