Some practice sessions may consist of scrimmages or 3v3 games!

(4) 1 hour weekly sessions for $50

Drop-in option at $15/week
(No need to PreRegister online for Drop In option)
(all participants are required to have/maintain an active US Lacrosse membership - $35/annual fee which is not included in the registration fee)

What Equipment is needed?
Indoor LAX will be played with foam balls or tennis balls, not all equipment will be required at all times, but if you have it, feel free to bring it. Coaches will also have equipment to provide if needed.
Boys: Helmet, Chest Pad, Stick, Mouth Guard (Court appropriate tennis shoes)
Girls: Goggles, Mouth Guard, Stick (Court appropriate tennis shoes)
Goalies: Helmet, Throat Guard, Mouth Guard, Gloves, Chest Pad

At what age can players participate?
Any Boys or Girls from Kindergarten through 8th grade may participate!
What can we expect?
Our winter lacrosse session is geared to keep kids active, freshen up their skills prior to the regular season, and to have fun! Practices and informal scrimmages
What if I can't participate every week?
Easy! We provide a weekly "Drop-In" Option for anyone that can only participate on occasion due to ski days, vacations, school, etc.
Example - if you can only participate 2 of 4 weeks, your total cost would be $30.00 OR all 4 sessions for $50 (not including the required US Lacrosse Membership fee which can be obtained at www.usalacrosse.com at $35/annually)
Why is every participant required to obtain an additional US Lacrosse membership?
LAX West/Grand Valley Lacrosse is a Lacrosse Club sanctioned by US Lacrosse (governing body of lacrosse), as such, membership is required for participation.
